Volume index of services experienced robust growth of 6.7 pct in second quarter

PUTRAJAYA, Aug 8 — The Volume Index of Services experienced a robust 6.7 per cent growth in the second quarter (Q2) of 2024, recording 152.2 points, according to Volume Index of Services, Second Quarter 2024, released today by the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).

Volume Index of Services up 11.7 pct in fourth quarter of 2022 — DOSM

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 8 — The Volume Index of Services rose 11.7 per cent year-on-year to 142.6 points in the fourth quarter (4Q) of 2022 versus 127.7 points in the same quarter last year, said the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).

Volume Index of Services up 17.6 pct in second quarter 2021 — DOSM

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 11 — The Volume Index of Services rose 17.6 per cent year-on-year to 116.7 points in the second quarter (Q2) of 2021 compared with 99.2 points in the same quarter last year, said the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).
